Alertwork reserves the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these ToS, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.
You agree that Alertwork, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Services and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Alertwork believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these ToS.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
Alertwork reserves the right to change these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to check this document periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
